No client relationship between you and Australian Workplace Mediations, is or may be created by your access to or use of the website or any information contained within it or by submitting any information to us. The only way to establish the business engagement is through a mutual agreement in writing after we have completed our standard new business intake review process. We reserve the right to decline any business engagement if it would create a conflict of interest with any of our current or former clients, or for any other reason.
If you submit information to us by email or otherwise, you acknowledge that it will not be considered to be confidential, other than where it has been agreed, in writing, that the information remain confidential. Please refer to FAQs for more information about confidentiality in relation to the mediation and consulting processes.
Electronic communications through non-secure web platforms may not be secure, virus-free or successfully delivered. If you communicate with us using a non-secure web platform, you assume the risks that such communications between us may be intercepted, not received, delayed, corrupted or received by persons other than the intended recipient.
